Delivery and Payment Terms<\/h2><p>5.1. Each product on the e-commerce website indicates its typical availability and dispatch date.<\/p><p>5.2. The seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of concluding the purchase agreement, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase agreement. If the seller fails to fulfill this obligation, the buyer may request them to deliver the goods within a reasonable additional period specified by the buyer. If the goods are not delivered even within this additional reasonable period, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.  <\/p><p>5.3. The seller is entitled to request the buyer to accept the goods even before the expiry of the delivery period agreed upon in the purchase agreement.<\/p><p>5.4. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods at the agreed place, according to the purchase agreement or otherwise before the delivery of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;place&#8221;). The buyer is obliged to accept the goods within the time frame agreed upon by the seller or their representative authorized to deliver the goods and the buyer in the purchase agreement or otherwise before the delivery of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;<strong>Time Frame<\/strong>&#8220;). <\/p><p>5.5. If the seller delivers the goods to the buyer at the place and within the time frame, it is the buyer&#8217;s obligation to accept the goods personally or to ensure that the goods are accepted by a person authorized by the buyer. The buyer is obliged to sign a protocol confirming payment of the purchase price, delivery, and handover of the goods. A third party authorized to accept the goods is obliged to present the seller with a copy of the order acceptance. At the moment the goods are delivered to the buyer, the goods are considered delivered. Delivery of the goods to the buyer means the delivery of the goods to the Place, their acceptance by the buyer or a third party authorized by the buyer, and the signing of a protocol confirming payment of the purchase price, delivery, and handover of the goods by the buyer or a third party authorized by the buyer.    <\/p><p>5.6. Should it be necessary to repeat the delivery of goods due to the buyer&#8217;s absence at the place and within the time frame, or if the buyer fails to accept the goods within 7 days after the fruitless expiry of the time frame, without prior written withdrawal from the purchase agreement, the seller is entitled to claim compensation for the actual costs incurred for damages due to an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the goods to the place.<\/p><p>5.7. The buyer is obliged to inspect the received shipment, the packaging of the goods, and the goods themselves immediately upon delivery in the presence of the seller&#8217;s representative, e.g., a courier. If a defect in the goods is found, the seller&#8217;s representative is obliged to allow the buyer to make a record of the nature and extent of the defect, the correctness of which will be confirmed by the seller&#8217;s representative. With such a record, delivered to the seller, the buyer may refuse to accept the delivered goods with a defect or confirm the delivery of goods with a defect and subsequently, in accordance with Article 8 of these terms and conditions of business and claims, file a claim for defects in the goods with the seller or a person designated by them. If the buyer refuses to accept the delivered goods with defects, all reasonably incurred costs for returning the goods to the seller shall be borne by the seller.    <\/p><p>5.8. In case of non-delivery of goods by the seller, the buyer is entitled, within the period specified in point 5.2. of these terms and conditions, to withdraw from the purchase agreement, and the seller is obliged to return the already paid purchase price or part thereof to the buyer within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The funds will be transferred to the bank account specified by the buyer.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>5.
